Mark’s background

  • 2009–2014 — junior FX dealer at a London interbank liquidity desk, quoting EUR/USD, GBP/USD and USD/JPY during the post-crisis volatility.
  • 2014–2019 — senior macro trader at a Zurich-based proprietary fund, running a systematic carry and momentum book across G10 currencies.
  • 2017 – today — trading Bitcoin, Ethereum and large-cap altcoins on spot and perpetual futures markets; built in-house on-chain and funding-rate dashboards.
  • 2021 – today — independent trader, mentor to 300+ students and founder of OrexisForex.
